My Story

Born amidst the vibrant shores of Mauritius, I made the life-altering journey to Western Australia in the early 1970s. Growing up in Perth's northern suburbs, I developed a deep-seated appreciation for the vast, sun-drenched landscapes of my adopted home. Today, I am a naturalized Australian—a title I carry with profound pride and a sense of belonging that has only strengthened over the decades.

My path eventually led me across the Nullarbor to Melbourne, where I spent twenty years immersed in the cultural and professional pulse of the east coast. However, the pull of the West was undeniable. Missing the specific, grounding pace of Perth, the unapologetic clarity of the WA sun, and the proximity of family, I returned to the coast that first welcomed me.

I dedicated many years to navigating the complex machinery of governance within the Public Sector, where I witnessed firsthand how systems, resources, and human intent intersect.

Now, having stepped away from the industrial hum of the workplace, I find myself in a different role: a concerned citizen of humanity. In a world of rapid shifts, I spend my days pondering the future of our species through the lens of the "Information-Soul," reflecting on how we maintain our "Grit" in an increasingly frictionless age. Yet, I am careful to remain anchored in the now. Whether exploring the complexities of human sovereignty or simply enjoying the quiet, independent grace of my cat, Kevin, I remain a dedicated learner of life, forever appreciative of the present moment.
